Carol is survived by her husband, Kent Smith, as well as her son Blake (Heather) Smith and their children Genavieve, Jackson, Duke, and Skye, and her son Garrett (Charissa) Smith and their children Evalynn, Nora, AJ, and Charlotte.
A funeral service for Carol will be held Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 2:00 pm at College View Baptist Church, 1810 S Longmore, Mesa, AZ 85202. Carol will be laid to rest at Green Acres Cemetery in Scottsdale, AZ.
