Cathy Ann Barker

Cathy was born on January 18,1946 to parents Joesph (d) and Catherine Rettick (d). Preceded in death by her parents, her brother Joesph Rettick, and sister Betty Shonk. She is survived by her brother James. She was the devoted wife of Bill and loving mother of Terry, Alan, Shelley (Brian), and Chris. Stepparent to Corey Barker. Grandmother to Blaze, Cyrus, Elyse, Max, Sammy, and Riley. She will be deeply missed by all who know her. Our mother was a kind, caring and giving person who consistently put the needs of her family before her own. She was a loving person who faced every challenge in her life with strength. Our mother provided unconditional love for us all. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. She instilled in us the importance of family, hard work and doing what is right. Our mother was a role model who we will always look up to. Her memorial reception will be held at Brentwood Mobile Home Park Clubhouse 8103 E Southern Ave, Mesa, Arizona 85209 on February 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. In addition, a Celebration of Life will be held on April 12, 2025, in Ohio to include a small remembrance at the Gazebo at Willowdale Lake in North Canton followed by a gathering of those whose lives Cathy touched at 2255 Beechmoor Drive, North Canton, Ohio 44720. Mom, you will always be in our hearts, and we will never forget you. We love you so much. We will hold onto our memories until we see you again Heaven.
