Charlotte is survived by husband Steven Eugene Purcell, son Dalton Lee Purcell and daughter Shelby Lynn Purcell. She is also survived by her mother Joan Marie Stephens, brothers David Dropp, and Wesley Britt, sisters Tamara Dropp, Jami Robertson, Hope Cole, Brandee Britt-Davis and Nikki Britt; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father John Wesley Britt, her grandparents Rodney Richardson and Marie Richardson, and her mother in law, Katherine Celest Purcell.
