Chong Cha Forrest

Chong Cha Forrest was born on December 31, 1943, and passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 81.

She was born in Seoul, Korea to parents Yong Nam Kim and Soon Yi Lee.

Chong will be laid to rest alongside her devoted husband, Gerald Wayne Forrest, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona located in Phoenix.
