Cynthia Kaye Habib, age 50, took her final breaths at home surrounded by her family early in the morning of Saturday June 12, 2021. She was born in Newport News, Virginia on July 1, 1970. Cyndi most recently worked as a group fitness instructor. She had an incredible talent for connecting with people and pushing them to their highest potential. Cyndi was the kind of woman who would make you want to be a better person, for all the right reasons. Her selfless sacrifice for her husband and children could not be matched by another soul. Anyone who truly knew her could see that she had an innocence and pureness of soul that illuminated any space she occupied. The world was a brighter place when she was here. She loved hiking in Sedona and locally as well, running the canals with her son, weight and endurance training at the gym, sewing, quilting and embroidery, scrapbooking and paper crafting, and most of all spending time with her family and her cats Zeus and Sassy. Cyndi is survived by husband, Michael Habib; daughters, Kayla, Brianna, Rhae-Lynn and Faith; son, Caleb; mother, Linda Sue Smith; sister, Jane Phoenix; brothers, Scott Sherman and Kristian Smith.
