Cynthia touched and made a tremendous impact on the hearts and lives of all of us precious to her and for more than 30 years as an elementary school teacher, she touched the hearts and minds of the many children that have passed through her doorway. She thoroughly enjoyed her recent retirement from Tempe Elementary School District. She has taught at Deer Valley, Wood and at Broadmor where she was proud to have worked at an “A+ School” as she played a vital role in the group of educators that carried the prestigious title. She graduated from Catalina High School in Tucson and NAU.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her husband, Rodger McClellan and her father, Jack Kidney (Tucson). She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Kidney (Tucson); son, Ryan McClellan and grandson, Travis McClellan (Mesa); sister-in-law, Linda (Bob) Wilholm (Virginia); aunt, Norma Lindsay (Tucson); uncle, Frank Endres (Akron); cousins; nieces; nephews; and dear, dear friends.
