David married Carmella Congelosi on April 16, 1983. Together they had four children. In his free time, David like spending time with his family, telling stories or jokes, and watching UFC. He also enjoyed surfing, collecting toys and solving crossword puzzles.
David is survived by his wife, Carmella Bolin; sons, David Bolin and Jason Bolin (Courtney); daughters, Danielle Bolin and Leilani Bolin (Isaac Pfieffer); and nine siblings. He is preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Freeman.
A memorial service for David will be held Friday, May 3, 2013 at 11:00 am at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 6747 East Broadway Road, Mesa, Arizona 85206.
