David was the beloved son of Kenneth A. and Kathleen L. Wroblewski and cherished brother to K. Andrew Wroblewski, Christine A. Divine, Julie A. Foskett, and Laurie A. Williams. He was a generous uncle to many nieces and nephews and quickly became family to everybody he met.
David’s passions were movies, TV, entertainment arts, and technology but, above all else, helping his friends and family enjoy the same. David was an avid international traveler and visited Europe, Africa, The Bahamas, India, Turkey, and China. He saw many of the world’s most iconic landmarks, including the Taj Mahal, The Great Wall of China, and Beijing’s Forbidden City, as pictured above. While overseas, he gathered experiences and made friends all over the world. Of course, he saw movies in those countries too!
He started his professional career at Harkin’s Cinemas, where he made lifelong friends. When he joined his colleagues at Wells Fargo bank more than 20 years ago, he still couldn’t fully separate himself from the movie business he loved and worked both jobs for several years.
David was proud of his life, his work, his friends, and his family. If he thought you didn’t know that, he would tell you some stories and pull out his phone to show you the pictures. Did you see the photos of the time he crashed in a hot air balloon in Turkey? What about his visit to a market in Eritrea, Africa?
