Deb, I miss you still so much.  I can't bear to erase your last text, even though it makes me sad to see it.  You left a huge hole down here and there are so many times I just want to call you and come over to talk and split a spinach alfredo pizza with you.  And of course, there's always room for ice cream...But the conversation and shoulder --the outstanding friendship is what I miss.  If I could afford to sponsor your page, I would. Deb was such a good friend to me.  Always concerned and looking out for me.  She loved her family fiercely and gave everything she could to keep them safe, loved and protected.  They were the light of her life.  I have a huge hole in my heart now that she's gone...but I am so happy she is finally out of pain and in the arms of Jesus. I can't wait to see her again one day, because life here will be a little less bright now that she is a bright light in heaven.

Deb enjoy the company of my wonderful husband Charlie in heaven. He arrived a day earlier than you.  Your bodies are now both free of the terrible disease cancer.

"Ashley", We are so saddened by the loss of your mom "Susan". I always admired her courage and hoped that I would have the same courage and conviction that she did if faced with similar situations. She always had a smile and easy laugh.  We enjoyed the time we had with you and her.  The last time I saw her, she had mentioned that she was going to write a book.  If she did, I'd love to read it.  If she didn't, maybe you could write it for her.

We were so sorry to learn of the death of your mother and daughter.  Eddie and I will always remember "Susan" for a loving, caring person.  We will never forget the summer of 1994 when "Susan" and "Ashley" were with us for a couple of months.  (You will always be Susan and Ashley to us.) I am so thankful that we (high school friends) were able to get together with Deb the last few times she was home.  There was always so much to catch up on and lots of pictures to share. Deb was so proud of her family!! The last time she was here I drove us to dinner with our friends and then Deb stayed and visited with me when we got back to my house.  I have thought about that a lot and am so thankful we had that precious time together.  It is so hard to believe she is gone.  Mike and I send our deepest sympathy to Deb's family.

It was an honor to know Deb and be her friend.  We had a lot of good times and shared a lot of tears together.  She was so brave and a faithful christian.

Debbie was a great person. I have many great memories of her. 
Sad that she is gone from this earth but happy that she is in a better place, Heaven.

My heartfelt condolences to those who knew and loved Debora.  I only knew Debora vicariously through her brother, Larry, but knowing the person he is, I have a glimpse of the person Debora was / is too.  Death cannot hold those who are alive in Christ, so this is not so much a "farewell" as a "see you later".  May you find peace in Jesus' grace and the promise of life eternal.

I love you Sis! I'm glad you are no longer suffering, but I sure do miss you! :-((

I had an opportunity to touch base with Deb last year, after 16 plus years.  Same ole Deb, lots of laughs and it'll be ok's.  She was such a trooper.  I never make a green bean casserole without thinking about her.  Her's always tasted better than mine.  I remember once when she and Lisa had to leave their home in a hurry, about two weeks later I got a call.  I went to a storage room and loaded up their belongings in the back of my old pickup truck and headed to Indiana.  I met a lady minister on the side of the road who mumbled something about Deb going to have to lighted her load a bit.  I thought that was a bit grippy for a minister to say, but Deb had a big laugh when I told her about it.  And I remember the time Lisa, Deb and her parents met my Mom and me at the Lake for some time on the Pontoon.  It wouldn't do Lisa but to swim in that muddy yucky looking water.  I think about all of these things and just smile.  It was always a fun time with Deb.  She was a real hoot and I am going to miss her.

I went to school with Debbie and stayed over many nights with her.  We were always up late talking and giggling.  She would manage to turn my electric blanket up on high when I wasn't looking and then just laugh when I said how hot it was in her room.  I was able to reconnect with her again a few years ago.  It was like no time had passed between us.  She was a wonderful person.  She will always hold a special place in my heart.  Love and prayers to her family.
