He was born to Arthur and Betty (Wegner) Stelzner on January 23rd, 1952. He married Katherine (Berger) Stelzner on March 9th, 1994 in Negril, Jamaica. They were able to go back and celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary this past March.
Devin is survived by his wife Katherine; Step-children Marcus Sobey and Melissa Pepper; and 5 grandchildren: Kaleb, Nikolaas (Amanda), Noah Sobey, Catti-brie and Amira Pepper.
He is further survived by Tamara Schuster and her children, Derek and Josh Schuster, his brother Aaron Stelzner, Sister-In-Law Jenny Stelzner, and their children Brittany, Zachary, and Shannon.
Devin lived his life on his terms and enjoyed himself to the end!
