Diane Eleanor Lally

Diane fought a courageous battle of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) over the past few

years. Diane passed away in her home surrounded by her family; her husband Richard, her son

Chet, and her daughters Sheri and Shauna.

Diane was born in Carroll, IA on June 9, 1953. Diane grew up on a farm with her parents and 10

siblings outside of Willey, IA. She remained in the Carroll area for most of her life, working for

General Electric and the Carroll County Courthouse. After retirement from the Courthouse, she

moved to Arnolds Park, IA for a brief period of time before relocating to Mesa, AZ to be closer to

her children and grandchildren.

Diane loved attending sporting events for her grandchildren, cheering on the Green Bay

Packers, enjoyed reading and watching sports, westerns and Hallmark movies.

Diane is survived by her loving husband Richard, her son Chet Venteicher and wife Sheryl of

Gilbert, AZ, her daughter Sheri Addington and husband Phillip of Atlanta, GA, her daughter

Shauna Quintanar and husband Chris of Mesa, AZ, her stepson Zachery of Sioux City, IA. She

is also survived by her 8 grandchildren; Miranda, Vincent, Deven, Jackson, Grayson, Jaxon,

Austin, and Logan.

The celebration of life and final burial will be in the Carroll area and announced at a later date.
