

Dionisio carried forward a steady devotion to family, faith, and daily work, qualities that shaped a long life marked by dignity and quiet strength. Dionisio was a resident of Mesa, Arizona. He was a member of All Souls Catholic Church and Salon Morelos. Dionisio had a passion for music, dancing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Dionisio was married to Clelia Macias de Topete for 50 years on February 14, 1961, in South San Francisco, California. He worked in maintenance in education, serving with the reliability and care of someone who understood that the most meaningful contributions are often made through consistency, responsibility, and service to others.
Dionisio is survived by his five children and their spouses: Dolores (Lola, Lolita) & Javier; Maria De Los Angeles & Jesus; Silvia & Charlie; Miguel Angel & Araceli; and Gerardo (Jerry) & Maria.
He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and their spouses: Felipe De Neri; Zaul & Hazel; Gerardo & Viviana; Yvette & Brandon; Sara (Sarita) & Edgar; Jesus JR & Beverly; Andrea; Silvia Araceli & Leo; Natali & Fernando; Marisela & Anthony; Michael & Stephanie; Chris; Vanessa & Mark; Alejandro (Alex); Sophia; Marianna & Fernando; and Mariela & Anthony.
He is further survived by 37 great-grandchildren: Xavier, Marley; Ivan, Allison, Zaul, Camila; Marcello, Adrian, Aaron, Aleksander; Nikolas (Niko), Maya; Edgar Armando, Joaquin, Karina; Jacob, Isaiah; Ernesto (Nesto), Vicente (Vinny), Alejandro (Jando), Santiago (Tigo); Angelina (Angie), Dominic, Lorenzo (Enzo); Ariana, Lilliana (Lili), Carlos (Carlitos), Corinna, Anthony (AJ); Michael, Esteban; Evelyn, Fabian, Gisela (Gigi); Nayeli; Noel; and Julian.
He is also survived by three siblings out of nine: Arnulfo, Agapita, and Salvador.
Dionisio is preceded in death by his wife Clelia Macias de Topete on 05/15/2011.

Visitation services will be held at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Home, San Tan Venue, 6747 E Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ 85206, on July 10, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Parish, located at 1244 S Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85206, on July 11, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Committal Service will follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery & Funeral Home, located at 1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204, on July 11, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
