Dolores Marie Niemi-Walkowiak-Clewes, 80, of Mesa, AZ passed away, September 21, 2021. She was born September 8, 1941 in Duluth, MN. Dolores was very artistic and enjoyed crafting, painting, and making jewelry. She also loved to cook and bake. She graduated from Hermantown High School in Duluth, MN. She moved to Arizona in 1982 and worked many years as a Dietary Manager before retiring. Dolores is survived by her Son Dean (Amy) Walkowiak; daughter-in-law Deana (Mike) Olson; grandchildren, Devan Walkowiak, Ashley (Lucas) Goble and Amber (Jesse Rose) Walkowiak; great grandchildren, Kylie, Kendall and Aria; sisters, Kathy and Lori and her brother Stanley; and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Kyle; her parents, Toivo and Ruth; her sisters, Shirley, Sheila and Donna; and her nephews, Kurt and Mike. A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at 1:00pm at Mariposa Gardens San Tan Venue, 6747 E. Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ 85206.
