Edith Mary Brown of Mesa Arizona passed away October 13, 2019. She was born in Augusta, Maine on May 29, 1922. Edith graduated from Cony High School and received an Associate of Arts from Mesa Community College. She was married to Charles F. Brown on June 15, 1957. After high school she enlisted into the US Army’s Women’s Army Corps from 1943 to 1952 and climb to the rank of Staff Sargent. Edith is survived by sons Steven 61(Renee 58), Kenneth 59, and Charles Brown 56 (Laurie 58). Grandchildren Leslie 40, Brandi 38, Stephanie 36, Steven 35 (Uelivia 40), Amber 36, Jeremia Magee 37 Jasmine Lipsey 35, Joshua 35 (Stephanie 34), Colton 19, and Breanna 16. Great Grandchildren Matthew Edgington 19, Rebecca Sampson 9, Joshua Sampson 7, Johnathanm Vardell passed at birth, Blake Parker 19, Conner Parker 18, Cayden Holliman 13, Andrew Skinner 9, Ashten Skinner 6, Terrell Morris 19, Landen Dickey, 16 Layne Dickey 15, Meya Brown 10, Za'Aurby Paschall 6,Tybious Stanton 1, Aleja 21,Mykela 14, Dante 12, Jair 8, Jaden 7,Jacob 5 and Jaantage 2, ZOLA 5, Ruby-Arica 15, Carden 11, Rhealee 7, Treeva luschkowski 15 and Layla luschkowski 13. Visitation will be 10:00 am-11:00 am and Services will be at 11:00 am on Monday October 21st at Melcher’s Chapel of the Roses 43 S, Stapley, Mesa Arizona.
