She was like a mother to many who entered her life. She thrived on nurturing, guiding, and protecting the people around her. Ensuring they were well-fed was second nature to her. In addition to being a loving mother, she was an entrepreneur and enjoyed a rich career in business accounting and budget management.
Evelyn was a devoted wife for 33 years to the late John Noto. She leaves behind a sister, two sons, three step-daughters, eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
