Francisco Javier Ibarra Acuña

Francisco Javier Ibarra, 58, of Yuma, Arizona, passed away on December 21st, 2020 after a hard-fought battle with COVID. He was born in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico on October 7th, 1962. He was the eldest son of Rafael and Maria Eligia Ibarra Acuña. He was a man of character and strong work ethic, quiet by nature, and highly intelligent. He enjoyed spending time off-roading, and downtime with close friends and family with his favorite music playing loud, the grill sizzling, and his favorite cold beer in hand.

Francisco’s memory will live on through his family: Juan Francisco Ibarra Villalpando and Andres Ibarra, sons, and Claudia Ibarra, daughter; granddaughters: Deziree Lizeth, Elianna Irene, and Layla Natalia de la Ossa, and Jazzlyn Annette Ibarra; siblings: Guadalupe Ornelas, Rafael, Carlos, Gabriel, Veronica, and Maria de Jesus Ibarra Acuña.

Funeral and memorial services will be in Yuma, AZ so all friends and loved ones can honor his memory while staying safe and following covid safety protocols. We will update as soon as location, date, and time are confirmed.
