

Frank Lynn Bailey passed away on April 2, 2012 of ALS at the Hospice Family Care in Gilbert, AZ. His organs were donated to the VA ALS Biorepository in Boston. Cremation was at Mariposa Gardens, Mesa AZ. Frank was born in Dixon, New Mexico, May 28, 1931. He graduated from High School in Canon City, CO and shortly thereafter joined the US Army. He graduated with a BA from Western State College, Gunnison, CO in 1956. He was in School Finance & Business Management for Public Schools in Cortez, Grand Junction and Junior College in Greeley, CO for seventeen years. He was a Business Manager & Personnel Director for PCI and VECO, Inc., Anchorage, Alaska for fifteen years. After semi-retiring to Arizona in 1986 he was employed by Williams Air Base, Mannheim and Adesa car auctions. Frank is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jeanette, daughters Cynthia (Mesa) and Judy Goodwin (Elk, Washington), grandsons Danny and Matthew, also of Washington, Mother-in-Law, Helen Glendening of Montrose, CO. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Franklyn Kirk, daughter Debra Lynn, sisters Marian and Flit and brother Glen.
