Freda Jewel Reeves

Freda was born in Bixby, Oklahoma, on April 8, 1933. Freda graduated from Covina High School and went on to lead a fulfilling life.

Freda was a dedicated homemaker, a role she embraced with love and commitment. She married William (Bill) on August 13, 1955, in Las Vegas, Nevada, marking the beginning of a lifelong partnership filled with cherished memories.

In her personal time, Freda enjoyed crochet, cross stitch, sewing, and cooking. These hobbies brought her joy and allowed her to share her creativity and warmth with those around her.

She is survived by her husband, William Harris Reeves; Their 2 children; Paul Lawrence (Tracy) Reeves, Laraine Alice (Reeves) Hicks; 5 grandchildren; Todd Reeves (Katie), Tami Reeves (Hawke), Jeremie Long - Pamala, Nathanael Long (Alex) Lacrysta Patnaude (James); 9 Great Grand-Children; Eathan Reeves, Zach Reeves, Kaylee Reeves, Nathanael Long, Matthew Long, Tyler Long, Hope Long, River Patnaude, Theia Patnaude.

A visitation will be held at the East Valley Free Will Baptist Church, located at 2160 N Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215, on August 23, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A reception will take place at the same location and from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

Freda's memory will be cherished by all who knew her. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
