
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Charlene, his sons: Chris (Traci) Fisher, and Brian (Carrie) Fisher; grandchildren: Jorden, Torie, and Seth; sister Leann (Bill) Abel, brother Robert (Phyllis) Fisher, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, brother Clarence Fisher Jr., and sister Constance Shepherd.
He earned an AA degree in Air Traffic Control and retired from Federal Aviation Administration in 1995 after 25 loyal years. He honorably served in the US Army at Ft. Riley, Kansas from 1963 to 1965.
Jim is a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church and a life member of the Buckskins Elk Club.
Memorial Services will be held at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Mesa, Arizona on Saturday, May 24th at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. In Lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to St. Peter Lutherern Church in Mesa, Arizona or the Human Sociaty.
