He was born on February 8, 1984, to James Hawkins and Elizabeth “Betty” McGovern in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He lived the majority of his life in Mesa, and loved spending time with his friends as well as helping them. He also enjoyed working on cars, mud bogging, shooting pool, and enjoyed his stint as a karaoke DJ. He was spontaneous, with a big heart.
JB is survived by his father James Hawkins; mother Betty McGovern; sister Christine Hawkins; grandmother Avis Hawkins and many aunts and uncles.
Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care is in care of arrangements.
