Janet Payne

She married Bill Payne on September 17, 1998. They were married 3 years when Bill passed away on January 7, 2001. Janetta retired from Payne Mechanical, Inc. and was a member of the National Associate of Women in Construction (NAWIC).

Janetta is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Payne; father, William Hale; mother, Daisy Hale; and brothers, Billy Hale and Sherman Hale. She is survived by her daughters, Colleen Bromley (Rick Bohl) of Texas, Karen Watkins (John) of Illinois and Wendy Ingles (Rob) of Illinois; sisters, Helen Langston (Roland) of Illinois, Iris Price (Dave) of Missouri; brother, Larry Hale (Linda) of Missouri; grandchildren, Louis Maldonado, Mindy Maldonado, Jennifer Moran (Aaron), Matthew Ingles and Adam Ingles all of Illinois; great grandchildren, Dakota Maldonado and Annie Maldonado of Illinois.

A special thank you to her wonderful, loving companion, Cal Bismark; and good friends, Stan and Cindy Fark for their care and love over the years.
