
He was born on May 3, 1962, one of 4 boys to Anthony H and Elsie (Kalinna) Loerlein in Sewickley, PA. Raised in Sewickley, his family moved to Redford, Michigan when he was 13, and he graduated from Redford Union High School in 1980. An entrepreneur, Jeffrey was known as the “idea man”. He was a poet, and author, and most recently was writing a book. Jeffrey was a loving husband to his wife of nearly 28 years, Gail. Jeffrey and Gail met in 1985 at his brother Curt’s wedding, and they were married on August 29, 1987. He was also most known as a loving, supportive, and dedicated father. Jeffrey was always supportive of his children, and would motivate them to help them reach their fullest potential. His children Steven and Michelle said he was the most amazing dad you could ask for. He always saw the best in people, always believed in people’s abilities, and touched a lot of lives. Jeffrey was a devoted Christian, and lived his life to the fullest. He had a good sense of humor, loved fly fishing, traveling to anywhere he could fish, and was an avid roller coaster fan. He loved music of all kinds (except country). He and Gail had moved to Gilbert in 2014, after taking time to travel the country.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Gail; son Steven Loerlein; daughter Michelle Loerlein; brothers Tom Loerlein, Tony Loerlein and his wife Cindy; Sister in law Lisa Loerlein; step mother Bobbi Loerlein; numerous nieces and nephews; adopted daughter Diana Earl, and his furbabies Max the poodle, and Gambit the Boston terrier.
Arrangements were entrusted to Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care in Mesa, Arizona.
