John was preceded in death by his father, Jacob David McClure, his mother Helen Kay (Kirkendall) McClure, and brother David McClure.
John is survived by his wife Caroline McClure, his children Kathleen Cadmus, Richard McClure, Jean Floyd, Michael McClure, stepchildren James Dunn and John Dunn, 21 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
John was a former Department Manager of Decor at Disneyland where he worked for 23 years. He was a member of the Shriners and Elks clubs. He enjoyed reading, dancing, and golf. John's faith in the Lord was very important to him. John's greatest joy was his family.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
