

Judith (Judy) Ann Bistodeau, 81, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on June 19th, 2024 from an antibiotic resistant infection following back surgery. Judy was surrounded by family at the time of her passing. Preceded in death by her mother Lorraine Catherine Blosky, her father Robert James Blosky, her sisters Patricia Louise Berry, and Roberta Lorraine Schoenborn. Judy is survived by her husband Richard (Dick) Michael Bistodeau, daughter Tracy Lynn Andersen, sons Kevin Michael Bistodeau (Lisa), and Richard (Rick) David Bistodeau (Carol), granddaughters Tara Lynn Lis (Ryan), Nichole Marie Andersen, and grandson Ryan Jacob Bistodeau (Sam), and four great-grandchildren Leanna, Liam, Shelby, and River.
Memorial Service to be planned in November 2024 in Mesa, Arizona. Details to follow.
Judy married her high school sweetheart on December 10th 1961. She loved bingo, wheel of fortune, jeopardy, puzzles, traveling, cruises, dancing, 60’s country music, reading a good romance novel, playing cards (especially fast track), and visiting with friends and family. Judy was known for her cooking and recipes. Her banana bread, sloppy joes, chow mein, are only a few of her recipes that will be passed down through the generations.
Judy and her husband Dick traveled the USA, Mexico, and Canada together and when Dick retired in 1997, they sold their house and RV’ed full time for over 13 years. They were part of the Bounder Club and enjoyed spending their winters in Mesa, Arizona and summers at Breezy Point Resort in MN. Later in life, they sold their bounder and moved fulltime back into a house located in Mesa, Arizona. Judy loved the heat and warmth of Arizona seasons (including summer).
