Lucille G. Armstrong, 91, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on November 16, 2013 in Mesa, Arizona. She is survived by her son Jim Armstrong and her granddaughter Lisa. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Funeraria Melcher Mortuary Chapel of the Roses, 43 S. Stapley Drive, Mesa, Arizona, 85204.
