Marlene (Sloss) Van Hoosear, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2011. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada, Marlene loved researching her family roots and entertaining her Canadian family and friends here in Arizona. She lived her life with great dignity and pride, and is survived by her loving family and husband of 26 years, Dr. Stewart Van Hoosear. She is greatly missed by all of her extended friends and family in Canada and in the U.S. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, Fund Development, 1510 E.
