I hope you're all doing OK. Martha was a real joy to work with and she covered my butt more than once. I miss her smile and laugh. Marco, Andrew and her daughter who didn't recognize me at Gilbert Chandler College registration years ago. I still can't believe she's gone.

Patty as we call her, she was always recommending  or encouraging everyone to study no matter their age.  She was an  example to that because even tough she had health issues she didn't stop going to school  until she got her degree. Paty and I   have a child the same age because they were born just hours apart.  I remember she went to the hospital to see me when I was in labor and within hours she was too. Paty was always there when we needed her, specially her children. Paty was a good mother, wife, daughter, and sister. She is going to be greatly missed .  She was a great example of perseverance. May God have you in his memory to be resurrected on the last day. 

From the very first moment I met Martha I felt welcomed and always warm around her. She was always respectful caring and considerate. Even at her most painful and struggling days she kept a strong will and never put herself above others. She was the mother every parent should aim to be, and she will never be forgotten. 

“ Father God this ones heart is pure 
guide this one to where the traveler never tires, the hungry never starve, guide this one to your kingdom and she will be a dear family member to you as she was to us”



Your Mother's immense passion and humor that she applied to all things in life, especially her Family, will always be remembered. Her huge heart and caring soul was always comforting. The many meals and lessons she shared making those meals have stuck with me always. Her Chile Relleno recipe and the importance of whisking those eggs by hand and sight or else it won't taste the same has not been lost on me. Was craving them this week infact. Sending Love and warmth to you all. The world was gifted her presence. She will never truly be lost, But, She will be missed.

I worked with Martha at Tempe St Luke's Hospital in the lab. She was a joy to work with. I remember laughing a lot together! She really cared a lot about the patients and co-workers.   You are all in my prayers. With sincere condolences,

I worked with Martha, Marco and Andrew at Banner Baywood Hospital and then again with Martha at Tempe St. Lukes. She was always a joy to work with. A contagious smile, an adorable laugh. Some days we laughed more than we worked. She was a very nice person. My sincerest condolences to her family. I'm so sorry for your loss. 

I worked with Martha about ten years ago,  at Tempe St Luke’s, probably the last time I felt that the people I worked with truly cared about each other. Our crew was like family. We cared about each other and our families and we all loved our jobs. Martha was always happy, even when she was tired or training for a marathon.  She showed up and did her job and made everyone else’s job easier. She loved her family more than anything. She loved her children with all her heart. I will never forget her sense of humor and dedication. Anyone that worked with her knew where her heart was. I feel such sorrow for her family with their loss,  but her infectious personality will live on with them forever. Rest In Peace , Martha! You worked hard your whole life. Love Susan

I first met Martha at Tempe St Luke’s.  She had a beautiful smile and contagious laugh. She supported me in many ways.  She was a wonderful friend and mother. She always was taking care of the family and friends.   I was blessed to have known her.  I know she is watching over us and smiling. Rest now my friend…..
