

Son of Harrold and Jocelyn Moyer. Born on June 24, 1958, in Coshocton, Ohio.
Graduated from Riverview High School Coshocton, Ohio. Ohio High School Basketball State Champion 1975, Riverview High School Sports Hall of Fame 1976, scouted by Cincinnati Reds after high school, pitched a 103 mile an hour fast ball, played college basketball for Ohio University and California State University with a 43” vertical leap. Coached little league baseball 181-1984.Won a Gus Macker Basketball Tournament in 2005, Building Inspector for 31 years, BPI Certified, College Professor for 7 years at Mesa Community College.
Married to Jennifer Moyer – 2006- He is survived by children Darcy Moyer, Ryan Moyer, Jessica Germick, grandson Remmington Moyer and his wife Jennifer Moyer.
My love and my friend. With his prodigious vocabulary, love of varied music genres, captivating history stories, savory cooking, clever humor, a skilled golfer, brave, beautiful, and a kind man who saved lives one house at a time, he stole my heart, had my love and admiration for 28 wonderful years. I will miss him with every breath hereafter.
Preceded in death by his sisters Evangeline, Pamela Moyer, his brother Rick Moyer, and parents Harrold Dean and Jocelyn Marie Moyer.
No services will be held. In honor of his memory, do something for the homeless, the housing insecure, and just be kind.
