Patrick passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025, in Mesa, AZ. Born at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX on February 21, 1940, to Harold Elliott, a career Army Officer, and Patricia (Gonzales) Elliott. Patrick was a charming and charismatic man loved by his family and friends. He is survived by his sister, Sabra Jeeves, his grandchildren Gunnar Elliott and Diana Elliott, his great grandchild Saylor Elliott, and nephew Abraham Elliott as well as many other family members.
Patrick served in the Air Force after high school, earned a degree from Cal State Fullerton, was on the team at NASA on Kauai as prime on re-entry for the Apollo space missions. He was western regional manager in Los Angeles for Krohn Industries for many years. His love of travel took him around the globe, many times on safari in Africa. His last and favorite career path for many years following retirement was working in the Gun Library at Cabela's Bass Pro Shop in Glendale, advising hunters on travel.
A private celebration of his life and memorial service will be held at Mariposa Gardens in Mesa on Thursday, May 29, 2025. He will be laid to rest at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix.
