

He enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Forces in 1946 and retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1967 as a Senior Master Sergeant after serving for over twenty years. He is a veteran of the World War II Era, and served in both the Korean War and the Vietnam War. After military retirement he obtained his Associate Of Arts Degree from Mesa Community College and worked at several different organizations including: Arizona State University, Preston Real Estate, the City of Jacksonville, AR, Mesa Public Schools, and Mesa Community College.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Serena Cline, four brothers and one sister, and son, James Cline. He is survived by his wife of seventy six years, Etta Fern, two daughters, Linda (Charles) de Masi, and Sharon (Henry) Burgunder, all of Mesa, and one son, Mark (Debra) Cline, of Harrah OK, nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and eight great, great grandchildren.
A graveside service for Paul will be held Friday, July 14, 2023 at 1:00 PM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85024.
