Raymond Fred Eggert, 80, of Gilbert, Arizona formerly of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, passed away on December 23, 2013. Raymond was born on November 11, 1933 in Detroit to Fred and Jean (Ross) Eggert.
Raymond married Virginia Kulas on May 25, 1957 and together they shared 56 wonderful years. During his free time, Raymond enjoyed baseball, bowling, and golf. Spending time with his grandchildren was his greatest joy; he was even known to attend their dance recitals. Raymond was a member of the Elks, Knights of Columbus, Fraternal Order of Eagles, the Moose Lodge, and the American Legion.
Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Virginia; daughter, Karen Warhus; and grandchildren, Jessica and Jamie Warhus. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
