Raymond “Tooter” Lee Weaver, 81 of Mesa Arizona passed away November 4th 2019. He was born in Watts, California on February 10th 1938. Tooter Weaver has a long career in Upholstery and was the owner of Tooter Weaver Upholstery. He had a passion for custom cars, custom upholstery and his family. He was survived by children Andrew Weaver, Raymond Weaver Jr., Mike Miller, Roxie Weaver, Tammy Hankins, Trevor Payne and David Getrost as well as many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
