88, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away June 30, 2013. He was born in Emporia, Kansas on October 15, 1924. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Barbra Browning; his children, Wayne (Rhonda) Browning, Terri Lee (Ray) Rivera, and Mark Charles (Karen) Browning; as well as five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
