

Sammy Beltran Sr., 56, passed away unexpectedly on April 17, 2021 at his home in Scottsdale, Arizona. Sammy lived the final years of his life to the fullest by the motto “no worries, just happy” and anyone who was around him these last few years would agree. He loved the Lord dearly and is resting now with our Father in Heaven.
He was born in Miami, Arizona on June 20, 1964, the youngest child of Guillermo R. Beltran Sr. and Ernestina Delgado.
He is survived by, and will be missed by, his daughter Raena and spouse Nick O’Neal, son Anthony Beltran and spouse Kelly and son Sammy Beltran, Jr, and his grandchildren Marcus, Aubrey, and baby Domanick. Also his brothers Gilbert, Daniel, David and Jose Luis Jr., four sisters Cornelia, Maria Christina, Lydia, Sarah and their children. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Guillermo Jr. and Jose Luis Sr., sister Martha, nephew Christopher Bergland and niece Tabitha Marie Mancino.
He is also survived by stepchildren Robert and Tatiana Ordaz and Angel Ramirez, and grandchildren Amya, Sophia, Edgar and Cruz Ordaz, Melissa Hernandez, and Alonzo Ramirez.
Sammy loved his family dearly and looked forward to every minute he was able to spend with his children and grandchildren. He loved to read his Bible, go fishing, play basketball, golf and softball, listen to music and go out dancing.
He would want us all to remember him in the happy times and celebrations and not be sad, but be happy and at peace as he was when he left us and celebrate his passing to Heaven.
Graveside Service will be held on April 26, 2021 at 12:00pm at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 400 South Power Road, Mesa, AZ. Viewing will proceed at 10:00am followed by Funeral Service at 11:00am at the same location.
