Sumi Ko Edmonds was born in Pusan, Korea in 1935. She worked for the American Embassy in Seoul where she met her husband Scott. They settled in Arizona in 1983 following Scott’s retirement.
She was an avid golfer and doted on her two beloved sons, Shane and Sam.
She is survived by her husband, Scott, who resides in Mesa; her son Shane and his wife Kristen in Connecticut; and her son Sam and his wife Andrea in Mesa.
Sumi lived a quiet, personal life and will have a Graveside Service for family members only.
