Vicente “Vince” Edward Arrowood, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on February 28, 2026. Born in 1966 in Peoria, Arizona, to Troy and Felicitas (Licha) Arrowood, Vince lived a life defined by love, loyalty, and devotion to family and friends.
Vince grew up in Arizona and attended Independence High School in Glendale, where he was a proud student-athlete. He lettered in both basketball and football and formed lifelong friendships with classmates who remained close to him throughout the years.
Early in his career, Vince worked in the petroleum industry alongside his older brother, Troy. He later began a 27 year career with Cox Communications, where he earned the respect of his coworkers through his dedication and strong work ethic. After retiring, Vince embraced his favorite job of all—being the “house manager.” He took great pride in keeping the home running smoothly, caring for his children and grandsons, helping friends, tending to the yard, and welcoming countless children over the years. To them, going to Papa’s house was always something special.
Vince was preceded in death by his father, Troy Arrowood. He is survived by his mother, Felicitas; his beloved wife, Quyen; his daughter, Breanne (Alex Knourek); his sons, Colton and Aaron; and his grandsons, Remington, Stetson, and Wesson, who brought him immeasurable joy.
He also leaves behind his brothers, Troy (Gloria) and Robert; his nieces, Alyssa (Terence) Nelson, Alex (Maurice) Willingham, Traci, and Aubrey (Paul) Maglorie; his nephew, Andrew (Lissette) Stollstiemer; and many extended family members and close friends who loved him deeply.
Vince will be remembered as a man with a larger than life presence—someone who lit up every room he walked into. He was the life of every gathering, the one who made people laugh, and the person you could always count on. A diehard Dallas Cowboys fan, he loved cheering for his team and sharing that passion with those around him. If you needed help, support, or simply someone to show up, Vince was always there.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 21, 2026.
Vince’s love, strength, and laughter will live on in the many lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know him.
