Dorothy Elizabeth Boswell

Dorothy was born in York Pennsylvania on September 14th, 1942, to Richard Wagman and Eleanor Carlisle. She graduated from York Catholic High School. Dorothy was married to Clifford Boswell on July 9th. They were married 49 years.

Dorothy worked as a teacher for Child Time for 13 years. She enjoyed shopping with her granddaughter and loved being surrounded by her family and being a nana to every child and family she interacted with. She was also a Coca Cola enthusiast.

Dorothy is preceded in death by parents Richard and Eleanor, Husband Clifford Boswell, Daughter Lisann Still and great granddaughter Renesmae Verastegui.

Dorothy is survived by Grandchildren Alexis Verastegui and husband Jose Verastegui and Christian Salinas, sister Eleanor Pollins, additional grandchildren Blackston Verastegui and wife Cheyenne Verastegui, additional great grandchildren Andrew Verastegui, Blackston Verastegui Jr. and Sage Verastegui, as well as many other family and friends.

Services will be held on Saturday July 5th, 2025, at 10 a.m. with her granddaughter Alexis officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dorothy’s memory may be made to Anderson Clayton Gonzalez funeral home.
