Norma Loretta Webb Holcomb, age 83, of Mesquite, Texas passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021. Norma was born September 6, 1938 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her Sister, Gloria Riley; 1 Niece; 1 Nephew and several Grand Nieces and Nephews. Norma was preceded in death by her Parents, Earl and Elsie Webb; Husband, John; and Daughter, Shari Holcomb; and Brother Kenneth Webb. She was the owner of Doggies Day Out with Norma dog grooming in Mesquite until her retirement in 2019. Through her lifetime she had many poodles which were her babies. At the time of her death she had one poodle, Dorrie and one cockatoo, Pepper. She loved to travel with John and go to the casinos.
