Father-in-law of William Hirstius.

Devoted grandfather of Wendi Portillo, Blake Hirstius, Adrian J. Leonard IV, Cory E. Leonard, William Hirstius IV, Kimberly Fraysier and the late Christian J. Hirstius.

Proud great-grandfather of Taylor Sisemore, Anthony and Christian Portillo, Brody, Mikaela, Cullen and Grayson Hirstius, Blaze and Skylar Fraysier.

Brother of Larry Leonard and Kay Bruner.

Son of the late Cecile LeBrun and Adrian “Dee” J. Leonard Sr.

Pre-deceased by 3 sisters and survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mr. Leonard was a retired Construction Builder, Past Master of Square and Compass Masonic Lodge #417 F&AM, Member of Grand Consistry Scottish Rite, Jerusalem Temple and will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

Aged 85 years, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, former resident of Metairie, Louisiana and a resident of Kenner, Louisiana for the past 34 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday July 27, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.

Interment in Lakelawn Park Mausoleum.

Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until time of services.
