A native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, Anastasia was known for her vibrant personality, adventurous spirit, and deep appreciation for art, culture, and beauty. She was the beloved mother of Robert G. Harvey IV, who was the light of her life and the heart of her world.
Anastasia was the cherished daughter of Peter Apostolos and Sandra Harrison, loving sister to Tricia Apostolos and John Apostolos, and loving Aunt to Joshua and Christopher Sietsema.
A passionate lover of travel, especially to Greece, Anastasia also had a remarkable eye for fashion and a lifelong connection to the arts. She brought that passion to life as the owner of an art gallery on Royal Street, where she championed artists and brought color and inspiration to everyone who walked through her doors.
She will be remembered most for her free spirit, her fearless pursuit of joy, and the energy she brought into every room. Her laugh was unforgettable, and her presence irreplaceable.
