Anna Konecko Bauer

Anna K. Bauer passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Beloved wife of 64 years to the late Henry Joseph Bauer, Jr. Loving mother of Geralyn B. Sanders (Winston), Henry J. Bauer, III, Stephen P. Bauer, Keith J. Bauer (Louanne) and the late Cheryl Trick (John). Grandmother of Deanna Burke (Chris), Henry J. Bauer IV, Amy Bauer, Jason Trick (Crystal) and Justin Trick (Liane). Great grandmother of Emma, Claire, Ethan, Skylar, Lucas and Jackson. Sister of Hedy Boggio and Wanda Urban. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Helen Konecko, and her siblings, Stella, Gene, Helen, Viola, and Peter.

Age 88 years. A native of Harrison, New Jersey and a resident of Metairie for 60 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will from 12:00 Noon until service time. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
