Beverly Breun Furst

Beverly Ann Breun Furst passed away peacefully on August 28, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Beverly was the loving wife to Stephen Furst, and Mother to two daughters, Cynthia (Scott) and Lindsay (Matt). She found immense joy in her role as Grammy to Jamey, Brendan, Olivia, Rhiannon, and Luke.

Born in New Orleans, she was the daughter of Louis E. Breun and Geralda Ivon Breun and sister to Joyce, Edson, Alice, Lynn and Sister-in-Law Su Lynn.

Beverly's legacy of love, kindness, and friendship will forever be remembered by all who knew her. The bonds she forged with Penny, Alice, her dearest friends in the Tuesday Nite Card Club, and countless others brought her laughter, warmth, and support throughout her life.

Beverly was also a passionate dog mom, sharing her heart and home with her and Steve’s beloved basset hounds: Second, Sherlock, Abby, and her Looziana Basset Rescue “foster fails,” Elvis and Bubba.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
