Blaine Anthony Faust, sunrise 9-16-1952 sunset 9-23-2018, 66 years of age of St. Charles Parish passed away. Blaine was born in New Orleans, La. The son of the late Janet Pearl Faust and Lloyd Faust Sr. He is also survived by his late brother Lloyd “Buttercup” Faust Jr. Blaine is also survived by the Love of his life and Best Friend Kay Faust and would have been married 43 years on 11-15-2018. Blaine was also the love of her life and her very best friend. He is also survived by two sons Shawn Faust and Chris Faust whom he adored. Blaine is also survived by his Grandson and namesake Blaine Faust. He is also survived by his brother Glenn Faust, wife Cathy and nephews Ryan Faust, Jordon Faust, Dawn Sipple and the late Brandon Faust. Blaine’s wife used to call him MacGyver because he could do anything and always helped friends and family. Blaine and Kay raised their sons in a home over flowing with love. In Blaine’s younger years he was a member of the drum and bugle corps. Later he and his brother “Buttercup” had a band together of which they sang and played various instruments. Blaine owned BAF Surface repair Co. for over 27 years. Before owning his own company he worked for Tern Inc. as General Foreman for many years. Funeral services will be held at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, La. 70006 on Saturday, September 29. 2018.
