Christopher Joseph “Chris” Campanella, entered into Eternal Peace, on Saturday, April 11, 2015 from his home in Covington, LA following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born October 12, 1964 in New Orleans, LA. He is survived by his parents, Vincent J. Campanella and Meredith Knower Campanella; a brother, Vincent J. Campanella, Jr. (Carol Price); a sister, Catherine A. Campanella (Mike Azzarello); niece and godchild, Meredith Azzarello Brayden, (David) and their children Lily and Jack Brayden; his nephews, Andrew Azzarello, Robert and John Campanella; his family by heart, Lezlye and Adam Donahue; and his loyal Labrador “Roux”; Chris led a full and enjoyable life. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed the company of his family and all of his many friends. He was a supervisor of Shamrock Construction.
Family, friends and employees of Shamrock Construction may pay their respects at Chris’ Celebration of Life at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home on Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
