Curtis Raymond Moret passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Covenant House on Friday morning, August 14, 2015. He was 83 years old. Beloved husband of JoAnn Gabriel Moret of 54 years. Loving father of Bonnie Moret, Tammy Moret, and Kelly Moret. Grandfather of Elizabeth Moret and Lily Moret-Kittok. Son of the late Peter E. Moret and Mae Pratt Glapion. Also survived by one sister, one brother, and preceded in death by three brothers, and his stepfather Roy Glapion Sr. Curtis was a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, and proudly served his country in the United States Army. His main job in life was caring and loving for his family and friends, and will be dearly missed by all.
