Eddie Clement, Sr. passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Marguerite Clement for 60 years. Father of Gail Clement Block and Eddie (Marian) Clement, Jr. Grandfather of Michael (Jackie), Shawn (Hollie), Miranda (Mark), Sabrina and Samantha. Great grandfather of Nicholas, Brandon, Isabella and Joey. Son of the late George J. Clement and Germaine Vicknair Clement. Brother of Lorraine C. Holden and the late George J. Clement, Jr. and Rosema Mary Meisberger.
Eddie was born in Reserve, LA, lived in Harahan, LA for 56 years and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Friday, July 1, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. Visitation will begin at 12:30 pm. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
