Eddie R. Taylor

He was survived by his devoted wife, Eleanor Jane Hart Taylor of 64 years.

Loving father of Eddie Taylor and Glenda T. Napier (Cletis).

Eddie was a loving grandfather of Michael, Jennifer, David, Jeremy, Marie, Sherrie, Jeannette, Leona, Toni, and the late Angelique.

He was a great grandfather of 18 great grandchildren.

Son of the late Ada Margaret McTown Taylor and James Albert Taylor.

Brother of Carolyn Hayes and the late Albert, Everett, Bennie, Floyd, Luna, Lula, Elizabeth and Edna.

He was also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Age 91, a native of Camilla, GA and a lifelong resident of Metairie.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Tuesday January 25, 2011, at 11:00 am`at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie. Visitation will be on Monday, January 24, 2011 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm and on Tuesday, from 9:30 am until funeral time. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
