Edwin O. Rosales-Marroquin

Edwin O. Rosales-Marroquin, age 49, of Metairie, Louisiana passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023. He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Heriberto Rosales-Garcia. He is survived by his mother Maria Delcy Marroquin-Aguilar, his daughter Natasha A. Rosales-Villeda and son Joshua Omar Rosales-Villeda, his siblings, Marilyn G. Rosales, Wilber E. Rosales, Josselin V. Rosales, and Josué R. Hernandez, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was passionate about soccer and loved to go to any tournament that he could and would sponsor children's soccer leagues. He loved spending time at the beach, fishing, and eating a big plate of seafood. He was a very generous man, who would do anything to help anyone in need. He was instrumental in sending food family in need in his native country El Salvador.

A Visitation for Edwin will be on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, Louisiana, and again from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2023. Interment will immediately follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie, Louisiana.
