Elsa Voltolina Lecke

Elsa Voltolina Lecke, age 82, went to Heaven on Saturday, September 1, 2018. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late William R. Lecke, Jr. Mother of Lori Ann Lecke Swalley (Randy) and William Lecke, III (Rhonda). Grandmother of Randy “R.J.” Swalley, Jr., Jenna Swalley and Ashleigh Lecke. Daughter of the late Peter Voltolina and Frances Engolia Voltolina. Sister of Rudolph Voltolina (Dee), Peter Voltolina (the late Ruby) and the late Albert Voltolina (Joyce). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lecke was a parishioner of St. Clement of Rome Church and was a member of the Pink House. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Saturday morning, September 8, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
