Evan Roussel, Sr. "NAP"

Evan Roussel, Sr. "NAP", age 68, of Kenner, Louisiana passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Friday, April 5, 2024. Evan was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his parents, the late Harold G. Roussel, Sr., and Ethel Walls Roussel, and a brother, John S. Roussell. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Susan Ruiz Roussel, his children, Crystal A. Roussel, and Evan Roussel, Jr. (Ashley), grandchildren, Cameron, Tanner, Dylan, Mallory, Wesley, Zoey, and Lucas, brothers, Norman Roussel (Pam), Michael Roussel (Darlene), Harold Roussel, Jr., and a sister Linda D. Bordes, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graduate of LE Rabouin, Evan went on to work in the offshore oil and gas industry for over 33 years and was a member of Local 406. He was a hard worker, who loved his family, and in his free time, enjoyed painting. He never missed a chance to cut his grass and was the neighborhood watch, sitting on his porch.

He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
